Polyester screen provides a wide range of woven drying fabrics, ensuring uniform and efficient drying of paper sheets by promoting efficient and mass transfer heat transfer. The basic design of our drying machine fabric is single-layer, 1.5-layer and double-layer woven fabric.
By category, polyester woven drying fabrics can be divided into one-layer and half-layer woven drying fabrics, double-layer woven drying fabrics, round yarn woven drying fabrics, flat yarn woven drying fabrics, and double-warp flat yarn woven drying fabrics.
Round yarn is a type of woven drying fabric: its surface is smooth and stable, with a long service life. It is mainly used to produce various cultural papers, printing papers, writing papers, packaging papers, paperboard papers, corrugated media, and can also be used in the drying parts of other industries.
Flat yarn is a woven and dried fabric: it uses the rectangular cross-section of polyester yarn as the warp yarn. The frame of flat yarn is small and the seams are long, so the fabric surface is smoother than that of round yarn. Fabric and paper markings are lighter, more stable and have a longer service life.
Flat yarns are woven drying fabrics. Double-warp flat yarns are woven drying fabrics, suitable for the first few drying cylinders in the drying section. They can produce various high-quality papers suitable for medium and high-speed paper machines.
PFM screen conveyor belts are also used for further drying applications, such as drying of sewage sludge, nonwoven fabrics, wood shavings and food.
According to the weaving, polyester dryer fabric can be divided into 3-shed, 4-shed. According to the category, it can be divided into one and a half layer, double layer and rectangular wire fabric. According to the joining mode, it can be divided into insert, pin, pin ring and spiral ring join.
3-shed one layer and a half are suitable for drying papers below 70g.
4-shed double layer fabric is suitable for drying papers above 70g.
Rectangular wire dryer fabric is suitable for the fore several heating box of the drying zone, quality papers can use all.
