Eye link Conveyor belts are composed from eye links put on cross rods,it is impossible for a product to form a deposit in"hollow spaces"in the belt,which is difficult to reach.The weight of the belt can be kept relatively low.Process fluids and gasses can go easily through the belt and the belt is easy to clean,repair and positively driven by means of sprockets or driving drum.It is possible to use relatively small diameters.This all adds to a perfect belt run without steering problems.
Eye link wire mesh belt is constructed by wire rings formed into 'eye' shape, which is fixed by the underside welded wire, sleeve or the spring with cross rods in it. Edge can be bar links or side chains. It is suitable to convey heavy loads, unstable or fragile products which need good support from the metal conveyor belt.
