Features of Polyester Dryer Screen

Our woven dryer fabric materials have excellent resistance to hydrolysis in wet conditions and resistance to degradation in dry heat conditions, achieving optimal economic life.

The edge of the dryer net is constantly impacted by the correction feeler. If the edge of the dryer net is poorly woven or hydrolyzed, it is easy to have the problem of edge yarn falling. It is necessary to check it every time the machine stops;

Many times, production personnel will think that dryers of the same or similar length can be interchanged at will. It should be noted here that when selecting the dryer net, the manufacturer has already made a certain match on the dryer net design. The dryer net in the high evaporation section often has a certain resistance to hydrolysis. Therefore, unless there is a shortage of spare parts, it is not recommended to change the position of the dryer net at will.
