Plain Weave Stainless Steel Conveyor Wire Mesh Belt For Chemical Industry
Product description of Conveyor Wire Mesh Belt
Conveyor wire mesh belt are widely used in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, mining, airspace, paper, electronics, metallurgy and other industries. Special sizes and specifications are available upon request.
Dutch woven stainless steel wire mesh: Dutch twill weave wire cloth provides higher strength than ordinary Dutch woven wire cloth. It has more wire wrapped in a given area than a Dutch plain weave. In general, Dutch twill woven wire mesh provides a finer mesh number and lower flow than other Dutch woven wire cloths, and can be made into filter particles having a diameter of 2 microns.
Conveyor wire mesh belt material: woven stainless steel wire mesh (wire mesh) materials are divided into 304 type, 304L type, 316 type and 316 type. Type 304 is commonly referred to as "18-8" (18%) chromium, 8% nickel ), a basic stainless steel alloy, usually used for wire weaving. It can withstand outdoor exposure without rust and can withstand oxidation at temperatures up to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Type 304 L is very similar to T-304 except that the carbon content is reduced for better weaving and secondary welding.
Type 316 is stabilized by the addition of 2% molybdate, which is an "18-8" alloy. It has better pitting resistance than other chrome-nickel stainless steels containing brine, sulfur-containing water or halogen salts such as chloride. A valuable property of T-316 is its high creep strength at high temperatures. Other mechanical properties and manufacturing characteristics are similar to T-304.
Weaving: plain weave stainless steel dense mesh (plain-dense), twill weave stainless steel dense mesh (twill-dense), bamboo weave stainless steel dense mesh, contrast weave stainless steel dense mesh (also called contrast mesh conveyor) ).
Craft: plain weave of the Netherlands: the weave of the weave is similar to the weaving of each line. The difference is that the warp filaments of the woven mesh are thicker than the weft filaments. The weft wire is closely closed to form a tapered or wedge-shaped opening.
Twill Dutch weave: This weave of wire cloth combines the Dutch-made and twill weave techniques described above. The thick warp yarns are interdigitated with a thinner weft. Each warp thread shuttles between the upper and lower sides of the weft. The weft wire is closely closed to form a tapered or wedge-shaped opening.
Dutch plain wire cloth is mainly used as a filter cloth. This woven wire mesh has a thick mesh and a line in the warp direction and a thin mesh and a line in the weft direction. The Dutch plain weave is an ideal filter cloth with a very compact, strong mesh and high strength.
